Qkok Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These terms and conditions serve as an agreement between the qkok platform and its members. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. Please read them in full.

Qkok is an online betting and gaming platform built with Bangladesh users in mind. By using qkok's services, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, knowingly, and in full acceptance of all applicable terms.

Qkok reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account on qkok, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, phone number, and date of birth.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Multiple members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or network, but qkok Support must be notified in advance.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. Your password should not be shared with anyone.

Qkok carries out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification — as part of this process, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested. Completing KYC is mandatory, particularly before making a withdrawal. This is done to protect our members.

Qkok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — payment methods chosen specifically with Bangladesh members in mind.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same bKash or Nagad number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. During late nights or on holidays, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Some general rules apply to all betting on qkok — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and crash games. Individual games or betting categories may also have their own additional rules.

• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳20.
• In Live Betting, odds can change at any point during a match. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are the ones that will apply.
• If a bet is accidentally accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, qkok reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be refunded.
• Once the Cash Out option is used, the confirmed amount is final — it cannot be changed afterwards.
• If any selection in a parlay bet is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled at their combined odds.

• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through the betting platform is a criminal offence, and qkok cooperates fully with the relevant authorities in such matters.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive behavior toward support staff or other members.

Qkok believes online betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. To put that belief into practice, qkok provides a range of responsible gaming tools.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set your own cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily self-exclude your account for anywhere between 1 week and 6 months.
